COOK Sandra Ann I wish to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who was there for us in the final weeks of Sandra's life. Thanks to all the wonderful nursing staff at Hospice at Home, the District Nurses and the Mobile Care Nurses. Special thanks to Sandra's best friends Jan and Janet, to Maureen over the road, to our sister-in-law Carol, to our great friend Carol Dyer and to Lyn, our lovely hairdresser and manicurist. To our three wonderful children Natalie, Nicholas and Matthew and their partners Steven, Toni and Louise, thanks for being there and, of course, to our beautiful grandson, Lewis, for cheering me up when I needed it most. To my sisters Cally, Sandra and Joy, thanks for your support. Thanks also to Sandra at W. Smith & Sons, to Derek Hams for the special tributes to Sandra and the Heart of England Crematorium for a wonderful service, and of course, thank you to all who attended, and for your donations. Also many thanks to Glenys and Pete for organising the catering. To all of you and to all the family and friends who called round during those last few weeks and to everyone for the cards and messages of sympathy, I will be eternally grateful for helping me through the most difficult time of my life.
